IT Coordinator - Technology Project Coordinator (TPC)

Role Overview

The Technology Project Coordinator is a technical representative, assisting the Technology Project Team in addressing bond funded technology projects. This position will serve as a supporting resource for Technology Project Managers in managing and maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating project completion.

What You Will Do

Manage and coordinate the implementation of complex Information Technology (IT) projects, identify and coordinate with the project team to resolve technical issues, develop project presentations, and track project status.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in coordination and management of multiple IT projects
• Experience integrating technology within construction and engineering projects
• Experience coordinating on multiple IT projects with differing complexities and size
• Experience researching validating components for complex technology projects
• Involvement of all parts of the project life cycle, to include planning, design and closeout in regard to IT
• Experience supporting a variety of technologies including but not limited to Network, Server, VoIP, CCTV, AV, Storage, Wireless
