Varicent is seeking a SaaS Support Analyst - SQL Focus to join their remote team. The successful candidate will provide expert assistance to users navigating Varicent's SaaS solutions, troubleshoot technical challenges, and collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience
• Proven experience working with SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with relational databases concepts and SQL scripting
• CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
