Strategy Director

We're looking for a Strategy Director to lead our strategy expertise and drive our Japan business. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience building integrated programs at a top agency, with a strong understanding of business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behavior. They should be able to lead a team of strategists, conduct research, write briefs, and deliver fantastic work.

• 7+ years experience building integrated programs at a top agency
• Experience understanding the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behavior
• Ability to express complicated concepts in simple and digestible ways
• Dazzling presentation skills and presence in a room
