Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with energy and motivation, proactive attitude and interest in the recruitment field, who can join our team and actively contribute to identifying and attracting the most suitable talents.

Requirements

• Higher education completed
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing is an advantage
• English language knowledge (minimum B2)
• French language knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally, empathetically and adapt to different candidate profiles
• Proactive and diplomatic attitude, orientation towards solutions and desire for continuous professional development
• Ability to organize, prioritize and efficiently manage activities in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and digital sourcing tools is an advantage
