Job Description
Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to provide on-site support to gardens within a cannabis cultivation facility. The role involves maintaining plant health, ensuring quality control, and supporting the cultivation team. The specialist will be cross-trained and may support other departments. This position is vital in maintaining and scaling up the cannabis cultivation business.
Requirements
- Support plant management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth.
- Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures.
- Adhere to company policies and SOPs.
