BRANCH MANAGER- Microfinance

Verde Edge Consulting Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager for a microfinance company based in Nairobi, Kenya. The role requires a degree in Business Management and at least 3 years of experience in microfinance or lending institution. The candidate should be able to work closely with line management and lead a sales team.

Requirements

• Own end-to-end credit operations and portfolio performance
• Oversee execution, business development, disbursements, and controls
• Coordinate cross-functional teams -Credit, Operations, Collections, Tech Support
• Drive operational discipline, reporting, and execution cadence
• Act as operational right-hand to management on credit matters
