ESG Manager

Lead the development and implementation of the People & ESG strategies, policies, and programs, and oversee the execution of ESG training initiatives, stakeholder engagement programs, and sustainability reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR, ESG-related roles, or sustainability program management.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, ESG standards, and reporting guidelines.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating positive environmental and social impacts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex issues.
