Job Description
A Cooling Customer Engineer I will be responsible for installation, commissioning, scheduled and emergency service of Liebert Air products. This role involves strong rapport with customers, co-workers, and the manager. The engineer must maintain certifications and work in accordance with safety guidelines. Responsibilities include customer communication, documentation, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- Six years military experience in a related field
- Equivalent industry experience with EPA refrigerant license
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency with computer skills
