Job Description
Vertiv is seeking a System Specialist to provide leadership for high-profile orders and customer support on precision cooling products. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring service operations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring optimal operations. The specialist will work with various teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant industry/commercial experience and leadership experience
- Six years military experience in a related field plus 5 years in a Liebert product experience
- High School Diploma or accredited GED
- 1-2 year HVAC Diploma or Technical School Degree
- EPA 608 refrigerant license – Level 2 or Universal
- Proficiency with electrical / electronic test equipment and fundamentals
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical line diagrams and blueprints
- Strong communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations
- Strong organizational and planning skills
