Veson Nautical is seeking a Renewals Associate to support the Corporate Sales team in executing customer renewals accurately, on time, and in line with commercial objectives. The role involves renewal pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and data integrity and process improvement.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a sales operations, renewals, or commercial support role
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English
