Requirements

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields
• Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities
• Safety-conscious and committed to best practices
• Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments
• Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights
• Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English
• High school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship
