Job Description
The Project Manager – Business Development is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of business development projects from concept to completion.
Requirements
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
- Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
