Job Description
We are looking for a strong OpenStack Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support our customers using Atmosphere and provide essential support to our internal CloudOps team. You will be part of a dedicated team of industry professionals and contribute to the success of our users and operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of cloud architecture and principles
- Competence in Kubernetes and Ceph or other storage platforms
- Strong customer service skills, and ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
