Software Developer, Test Intern

Role Overview

Join the Genesys team as a Software Developer, Test Intern and contribute to the development of high-quality automated tests for cloud-native products. As a key member of the WEM QA Team, you will learn about agile testing methodologies and continuous delivery (CD).

What You Will Do

Design and develop high-quality automated tests, explore innovative technologies, sustain quality by demonstrating ownership in your work, and learn about Gamification and test coverage use cases.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• Show passion within school and/or personal projects
• Self-motivated, pro-active, dynamic team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and pick up new technologies
• Solid communication skills
• Experience with software engineering in Java (or similar OOP languages)
• Understands that QA is an integral part of development, not an activity at the end of the process
