Senior Data Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be a technical leader in our growing data team. You'll work closely with product, analytics, and commercial teams to shape our data architecture and drive the evolution of our platform.

What You Will Do

Design and build robust, scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on Databricks, own and develop our Unity Catalog implementation, and help shape our long-term data platform strategy and tooling.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, strong hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark, and a solid understanding of Unity Catalog, data governance, and access control patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark
• Solid understanding of Unity Catalog, data governance, and access control patterns
• Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud services and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with streaming frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python (Scala/Java is a plus)
• Familiarity with data modeling, versioning, and orchestration tools
