Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Officer to support the seamless functioning of our Chadstone Shopping Centre. The role involves routine maintenance tasks, required repairs, and actioning preventative maintenance tasks to avoid retailer and customer disruptions.
Requirements
- Experience managing building services through trade experience.
- Demonstrate an ability to deliver allocated projects and reactive maintenance on time and budget.
- Ensure an awareness of a risk register and H&SE requirements.
