Quality Engineer

The Quality Assurance Engineer is a hands-on role supporting quality execution in a steel fabrication manufacturing environment, working directly on the production floor to ensure welding, coating, and product quality requirements are met.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain and ensure the execution of Victaulic TX. Prefabrication Facility Quality Management System (QMS) and quality control plans, programs and policies.
• Maintain all necessary records and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company policy.
• Provide production quality support and manage all product quality assurance programs and sign-off on all product releases (internal and external).
• Perform in-process inspections, oversee all product testing, audit and inspection, and coordinate all off-site testing as required.
• Maintain customer product certification and inspection activities, and interact directly with all customer representatives as directed by facility leadership.
