Victaulic is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth, innovation, and customer success in Western Australia's mining market. The successful candidate will identify and pursue sustaining capital and MRO opportunities, build strategic relationships with owner engineering and procurement teams, and provide technical expertise on Victaulic systems and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mining, maintenance, or capital project sales (preferably in piping, mechanical, or industrial systems)
- Proven track record managing technical sales and project development in operational mining environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical discipline
- Strong understanding of sustaining capital project workflows, MRO budgets, and shutdown planning cycles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Solution-oriented and high analytical and organizational skills
- A valid Australian Driver's license and willing to travel as required
