Job Description
Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our outside sales team. As a territory manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory, educating customers on the value of Victaulic products, and influencing decision-makers to maximize sales potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous sales experience selling value-added products/services, preferably in the commercial construction industry, PVF industry, or mechanical products
- Demonstrated achievements in sales
- History of developing and nurturing long-standing relationships
- Competitive nature, flexibility, and resiliency
- Self-motivation and self-drive
- Confidence, professional image, and engaging personality
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and creative thinking
- Strong organization and time management skills, solid project management skills
- Willingness to travel, including overnight travel in some territories
