Investment Associate - Real Assets

Role Overview

As Investment Associate Real Assets at Viessmann Generations Group, you will support the development and active management of a diversified Generational Portfolio across real estate, forestry, and regenerative agriculture. This role is ideal for an analytical all rounder who combines financial rigour with strategic thinking.

What You Will Do

Support acquisitions, analyse asset performance, and help drive value creation over the long term. Work across the full Real Assets investment cycle, with a focus on analytics, financial modelling, and performance insights across Real Estate, Forestry, and Agriculture.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in real asset investment management, asset management, private equity, or related fields
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following asset classes: Real Estate, Forestry, or Agriculture
• Proven exposure to active portfolio management, performance monitoring, business plan reviews, and value creation initiatives across existing investments
• Strong academic background in Business, Finance, or Economics, paired with robust financial modelling, KPI analysis, and controlling skills
• Solid understanding of asset allocation, risk-return dynamics, and performance measurement frameworks within real assets
• Ability to translate complex operational and financial insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
