Job description
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and executing continuous improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, facilitate Kaizen events, partner with plant leadership and functional teams, develop standard work, and track and report progress.
This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, ability to influence plant leaders, engineers, and frontline teams, and a willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing sites.
