Materials Manager

The Village Companies is a family-owned organization seeking a Materials Manager to oversee materials planning, procurement, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of buyers and inventory technicians while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience in a supply chain or production environment.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data evaluation and reporting.
• Proven purchasing and vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.
