Job Description
Broadway Cityview is seeking PRN/PT Certified Medication Aides to assist with the administration of medications under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, reporting observations, and preparing medication. Requirements
- Successful completion from a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
- Successful completion of the State approved Medicine Aide Course, and when applicable, the continuing education course.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic.
- Ability to document care given.
- Vaccination status verification (MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, COVID-19 vaccine).
