Job Description
The Avalon is seeking passionate and customer-oriented Resident Care Associates to provide high-quality personal care and nonprofessional services to residents. Experience is appreciated but training is offered for candidates with a heart for working with seniors. The role involves assisting residents with daily living needs and maintaining a calm atmosphere.
Requirements
- Assist residents with personal care activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Maintain resident care, including monitoring vital signs, height/weight and providing activities.
- Complete shift assignments and report to nursing or healthcare staff.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate first aid.
