Plans, schedules, and supervises the work of crews engaged in tree, pest, and landscape maintenance, and maintains established standards and resolves landscape-related problems.
Requirements
- Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of tree, pest control, and grounds crews
- Makes field decisions regarding tree removals, replacements, pruning, and similar matters
- Maintains personnel and attendance records for crew members
- Communicates with residents by telephone and in person
