Process Specialist – Innovation Hub

We are looking for a Process Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of our chain. You will be responsible for implementing value-driven data initiatives, launching and guiding business cases, and developing an education plan and providing training.

Requirements

• Completed WO-master such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or International Business
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• 1-3 years of experience in a complex environment with conflicting interests
• Communicative strength: you know how to communicate convincingly, clearly and goal-oriented at all levels
• Traits such as assertiveness, result orientation, organizational sensitivity and the ability to work under time pressure
