Job Description
The City of Roanoke is seeking a Family Services Specialist within the Child Care division. This role involves providing comprehensive services to families to ensure their participation in employment, education, and job search activities, while children receive quality care. The specialist will manage cases and coordinate with relevant agencies to address family needs. The position also involves on-call duties in case of emergencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of related experience.
- Valid driver's permit issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
