Requirements
- Proven experience managing game development projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of production pipelines, agile methodologies, and milestone tracking
- Familiarity with project management tools
- 5+ years of experience in game development or related software engineering
- Deep knowledge of C++ or C#
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, system architecture, and debugging
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable systems
- Interest in gameplay, systems, tools, or engine programming
- Experience balancing gameplay and analysing player feedback
