Develop, create, modify computer applications software and analyze user needs and develop software solutions using Salesforce Lightning Platforming including aura, LWC, Apex, and corresponding client-side technologies.

Requirements

• Develop Software using Salesforce Lightning Platforming including aura, LWC, Apex and corresponding client-side technologies.
• Design and develop solutions that meet Salesforce and enterprise standards and within development and operational guardrails
• Assign and manage work for a globally distributed engineering team of up to team members
• Adhere to stakeholders requirements, timelines and budgeting requirements
• Sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review
• Regularly monitor and review usage of the application, problem tickets, patterns to help drive teams to address root cause issues and improve the overall quality of the product
• Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
• Stay abreast of leading-edge technologies in the industry
