
Job description
This role supports the end-to-end lifecycle management of Client Incentive agreements, ensuring accurate accounting, forecasting, and payment execution in line with contractual terms, US GAAP, and Visa governance requirements. The position sits within Client Incentives Operations (CIO), part of Global Controllership.
Support and/or own the setup, monitoring, actualisation, and payment of client incentive agreements in Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) and related systems. Perform incentive actualisation activities including volume validation, accrual updates, variance analysis, and true-ups.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred (ORMB an advantage).
