CNC Operator

CNC Operator Programming too. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment requiring strong setup and programming capabilities. DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE.

Requirements

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications.
• Create CNC programs for Lathes, VMCs (Vertical Machining Centers), and Multi-Spindle Machines.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Work with production teams to implement process improvements.
• Document setup procedures and machine performance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR/DOD compliance requirements.
