Must be a licensed LPN with experience working with the elderly and people with dementia. Must have knowledge of state, federal and local regulations
Cook - Full Time- Red Wood Falls, MN
High School education or GED, training in health related disciplines and/or experience preferred, working knowledge of state, federal and local regulations
Housekeeper-PT
High school education or equivalent, some experience preferred, must pass background check and be at least 16 years old
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - FT evenings
Licensed with the State of Iowa as an LPN, current unencumbered license with the Board of Nursing, and working knowledge of state, federal and local regulations
Resident Assistant- Memory Care- PT Days
High school education or GED, training in health-related disciplines or experience, and a clean criminal background check
Resident Assistant (RA)- FT- Overnights
High School education or GED, training in health related disciplines, and working knowledge of state, federal and local regulations
LPN- FT Overnights-Memory care and Assist. Living
LPN licensure, 21 years of age, working knowledge of state regulations, and knowledge of dementia care techniques
Resident Assistant (RA)
High School education or GED, Training in health related disciplines and/or experience preferred, Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Memory Care- FT evenings
Registered LPN with experience in Memory Care, working knowledge of state and federal regulations, and ability to work with dementia residents
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - FT evenings
Registered and licensed LPN with knowledge of validation techniques, reality orientation, and dementia care, and a clean background check
