Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a RN to provide end-of-life care in a home setting. This role involves comforting patients, forging connections with loved ones, and adhering to high standards of care and compassion. Nurses will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic support and respect patients and families. VITAS provides training and mentorship to help employees grow.

Requirements

• RN License
• At least two years of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation
