The role involves medication administration, resident participation in activities, documentation of observations, and collaboration with other staff.
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Medication Technician Certification/Observation Notes/Testing Scores
- Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and push, pull, move, and carry up to 50 feet
- High school diploma or GED
