Join VMD Corp as a Supervisory Transportation Security Officer at Sonoma County Airport (STS) and lead a team of aviation security professionals. As an STSO, you will be responsible for mitigating threats against civil aviation and supervising Transportation Security Officers and Lead Transportation Security Officers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead Transportation Security Officer (LTSO)
- Be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Pass a computerized assessment (grammar and ability to interpret X-rays)
- Pass a medical evaluation (vision, hearing, and joint mobility exam)
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Ability to work any day, Monday – Sunday, and any shift between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM
- Ability to work independently and possess effective decision-making skills
- Must have the ability to attain dual-function certification
