Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect to design and architect technical solutions behind customer journeys. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce marketing cloud architect or technical consultant, extensive experience with Salesforce marketing cloud, and a strong understanding of technologies such as SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Requirements
- Define the overall technical structure of a client project
- Identify client requirements by researching and analyzing their needs
- Create user scenarios, prepare data models, design information structure, workflows, and technical specifications
- Implement architecture in corporation with the project team, using agile methodologies like Scrum
- Deliver Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
- Work with client-based projects and know how to service clients, including handling deadlines within agreed budget
