Job Description
The Construction Supervisor role involves local construction supervision and object management of complex civil engineering structures, including cost and schedule control, default notice initiation, acceptance of construction performance, construction settlement, leading meetings, and coordinating specialist participants.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. VOB, HVA-B-Stb, ZTV-ING)
- Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and guidelines
- Commitment and interest in team-oriented and at the same time independent, self-responsible work
- Strong quality awareness
