Your Tasks

Planning of machine technical railway plants in accordance with the performance phases 1 to 7 and 9 of the HOAI:

• Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and catering technology
• Fixed fire protection/sprinkler systems
• Lifts and escalators
• Workshop and warehouse equipment
• Brake and towing technology
• Taking over project management tasks if interested and qualified
• Building data modeling (BIM) with digital planning tools (e.g. Autodesk Revit)
• Coordination and coordination with contract holders, their special experts, participating planners and engineering offices, experts and authorities

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies (TU/TH/FH) in mechanical engineering with a focus on technical building equipment:

• Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and guidelines
• Engagement and interest in team-oriented and at the same time independent, self-responsible work
• Well-developed quality awareness
• Readiness for occasional business travel
