The Project Engineer is responsible for project engineering coordination, including project development, execution, review, and approval of requisitions and technical evaluations. This position has responsibility for ensuring engineering schedules, providing engineering man-hour forecasts, and engineering budgets on assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or metallurgical Engineering or closely related field.
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum two (2) years of related industry experience or minimum two (2) years of experience in each of the following:
- contract-based project execution
- project management directly leading a technical team
- meeting KPIs pertaining to schedules and budgets
- experience working with external customers and change management, change orders
- experience negotiating with suppliers including contract management, legal terms and conditions and change management
- Valid passport and ability to travel when required.
