Requirements

• Strong technical and analytical skills to collect, interpret, and analyze production and quality data.
• Continuous improvement mindset with interest in lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and reducing MURI, MURA, and MUDA.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to manage data and support clear reporting.
• Collaborative way of working and the ability to coordinate effectively with Team Leaders and Production Leaders.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and structured follow-up in a fast-paced production setting.
