Registered Nurse (RN) - Palliative Care, Sakura House - Casual

Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing client-centered, evidence-based nursing care to individuals and families in their homes and community with a focus on palliative care.

Requirements

• Must be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
• Fundamentals of Palliative Care, or an equivalent required
• CAPCE or equivalent required or agreement to complete upon hire
• Three (3) years of experience in the community or acute care setting, with a focus on palliative care is preferred
• Canadian Nurses Association certification in Palliative Care is considered an asset
• Other palliative care courses is considered an asset
• Clinical practice experience is an asset
