Requirements

• Master's degree in business engineering, business administration, architecture, real estate economics, or a comparable field
• Enthusiasm about the real estate economy and interest in technical and economic issues
• Sovereign behavior, negotiation skills, and partnership-like communication on eye level
• Economic and goal-oriented thinking
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and keep an eye on the situation even in dynamic and unpredictable situations
