Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or Engineering
- 4-6 years in plant leadership
- Experience in driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives in complex manufacturing facilities
- Formal Lean Training
- Project management principles and execution strategies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and leadership abilities
