Machine Operator Lead

Lead the day-to-day activities in production and/or packaging floor in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Master all operational equipment required and be flexible to step in wherever needed on a daily basis. Coordinate activities with the Operations Management staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years working in a related manufacturing or logistics area, preferably with automated machinery
• Forklift Operator Certification is preferred
