8+ years of progressive HR experience, Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization

2+ years of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and basic math skills required

High school degree, 5 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics, Forklift Operator Certification preferred

BBA or BS in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, computer literate with experience in spreadsheet software

5+ years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, and/or distribution, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field

5+ years of sales experience, B2B/commercial sales experience preferred, BA/BS degree preferred
