The FP&A Manager will support the development of the financial strategy, performance analysis, and decision support across the real estate portfolio.

Requirements

BBA or BS in Accounting or Finance
Five or more years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance related field
Computer literate with extensive experience in spreadsheet, word processing and graphics software applications
Experience in consumer products accounting systems environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Evidence of strong analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency using Financial Management System and Business Intelligence software
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proficiency using a Personal Computer (PC) to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge and proficiency applying business financial acumen
Organizational skills and the ability to maintain information in a logical manner
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse people groups
Leadership skills and the ability effectively coordinate and lead the work of others
Strong analytical skills and the ability to be detail oriented
Time management skills and the ability to effectively work under stress, with deadlines, and with frequent interruptions
