The Sales Manager position is a high-impact, revenue-driving role responsible for building and scaling Current’s B2B channel and serving as the sales lead and product expert for the brand within the broader WC Bradley Outdoor Cooking organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in B2B/commercial sales strongly preferred
- Background in consumer products or adjacent categories preferred
- Proven track record of driving growth and building partnerships
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Ability to operate as both a builder (new channel) and enabler (supporting broader sales team)
- Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution focus
- Data-driven with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
- High energy with bias for action
- Ability and willingness to learn, improve, and broaden professional skills
- Ability to travel regularly (domestic and/or international)
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
