Sr Production Engineer

Grace is a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals and solutions that enhance modern life. They are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to support the operation of their Curtis Bay, Baltimore, MD plant. This role involves optimizing plant operations, mentoring engineers, identifying yield reduction opportunities, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who is organized, multi-tasking, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or another technical field
• 5+ years’ experience in an 24/7 industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
• Continuous Improvement education or experience, e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma
• LI-CA1 license
