Requirements
- Significant experience leading large-scale recruiting operations or candidate experience functions within complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience building high-performing teams focused on delivering excellent service.
- Experience supporting or leading transformation efforts in talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
- Proven ability to improve and scale candidate experience programs in high-volume or global hiring environments.
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Exceptional listening and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate feedback into meaningful action.
- Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to partner effectively with recruiting leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders across a global organization.
