(USA) Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems

The Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems will oversee the implementation of business plans, manage productivity, and maintain quality and safety standards. They will also supervise associates, develop leaders, and manage systems hardware and software maintenance and installation.

Requirements

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility
• Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility
• Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility
• Manage the execution of QA guidelines procedures and programs
• Manage systems hardware and software maintenance and installation
• Troubleshoot systems applications
